Over 20 years of military experience with expertise in risk management, Military Utility Assessments, (MUA), technology assessments and technology advisory. High threat force protection technology and combat evaluation experience in Afghanistan.  Experience in developing programs of instruction, (POI), writing and conducting technology assessments, and advising industry and academia with innovative problem-solving abilities to address SOF gaps and warfighter needs.

I can help determine if your business, idea, product, etc warrants SOF ACQ or investigation.  I can help identify gaps and opportunities within your business and address them in order to address gaps and opportunities in the SOF ACQ and Warfighter space. 

Not every idea or business can make it in the SOF arena, but we can help you determine a Course of Action that will help your decision process. 

I use 5Ws to start the process of helping you determine a COA...I want you to be successful and not waste time or money pursuing a lost cause, unless of course you just want to spend money, and I will help you do that as well. 

I maintain contact with PM level personnel as well as appropriate PEO personnel as required. I routinely engage with USSOCOM PEO-SW personnel and Combat Developers to help develop requirements in the interest of the Warfighter and industry.  I develop new relationships and maintain prior ones with my SOF customer base, and as such, the customer views me as an asset and trusted partner with whom they can routinely engage. 

Bottom line, I know about walking through the woods with a bunch of heavy stuff.
